Do I need a pelmet?
If light at the top edge bothers you, yes. A pelmet seals the gap between the blind roller and the ceiling, which stops sunrise spill.
Are blockout blinds suitable for baby rooms?
Yes, they're one of the most-requested products for nurseries. We use cordless or motorised options for child safety.
Can blockout blinds be motorised?
Yes. Motorisation works well with blockout for morning routines.
What's the difference between blockout fabric and a blockout lining?
Blockout fabric is made to block all light. A blockout lining is a backing added to a standard fabric. Both work, but dedicated blockout fabric is denser and more consistent.
Do you charge to come out and measure?
No. The measure and quote are free, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
How long does it take from measure to install?
