What's the difference between roller blinds and plantation shutters?
Roller blinds are fabric, roll up on a mechanism and suit modern interiors. Plantation shutters are PVC or timber with adjustable slats, and they stay fixed to the window. Both give good light control and privacy, so the choice comes down to your style and budget.
Which blinds are best for bedrooms?
Blockout blinds or blockout-lined curtains are the most effective for bedrooms. Motorised options make morning routines easier.
Are there blinds that work in bathrooms?
Yes. We offer waterproof PVC shutters and moisture-resistant roller blind fabrics for bathrooms and laundries.
Can I have blinds and curtains in the same room?
Yes, and layering is popular. A sheer curtain softens daytime light, and a blockout roller blind behind it gives complete privacy at night.

N°04Care
Care
Or call us on 0419 512 306.
How do I care for PVC shutters?
Dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soapy solution works well. PVC is waterproof and won't warp, so it's low maintenance in any room.
How do I care for timber shutters?
Dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals. The timber finish benefits from an occasional light polish.
